Privacy policy
Effective from 4 November 2026.

1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Lawyers system sp. z o.o., ul. Jasna 26, 00-054 Warszawa, NIP 5862379668. For any questions about personal data, write to aletia.prawna@gmail.com.
2. What data we process
- Client requests: name, email and/or phone, case topic, contact language and description of the situation.
- Lawyer registration in the panel: full name, email, phone, professional status and bar registration number, law firm, city, areas and languages of work, and a password (we store only its secure hash).
- Technical data: IP address (to limit attempts and protect against abuse) and the session cookie of a signed-in lawyer.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Handling a client request and passing it on to a lawyer — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for any special categories of data you may include in the case description, your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
- Running a lawyer account, reviewing the application and providing the panel — to perform the contract for an electronically supplied service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Keeping the service secure, preventing abuse and establishing, exercising or defending legal claims — the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics) and measuring advertising effectiveness (Meta Pixel) — only on the basis of your consent given in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Recipients
- The lawyer to whom we pass your request so that it can be handled.
- Cloudflare, Inc. — provider of hosting, database, email delivery and cookie-free visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), acting as a processor on our behalf.
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) — only if you consent to statistics or marketing cookies.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare, Inc., Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA, on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
- Client requests — up to 12 months from the last contact about the case, or until you withdraw consent, if earlier.
- Lawyer accounts — for as long as the account exists and up to 12 months after it is closed.
- Records of sign-in and request attempts — up to 2 days; sign-in sessions — up to 30 days.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You may withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to aletia.prawna@gmail.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
8. Providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot accept a request or create a lawyer account.
9. Automated decisions and cookies
We do not make automated decisions. Strictly necessary mechanisms work without consent: your cookie choice is stored in your browser, and the lawyer panel uses one session cookie. Google Analytics (statistics) and Meta Pixel (marketing) cookies are loaded only after you consent in the banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer. Meta Pixel may be used to measure and target advertising, which may involve profiling by Meta.
